Since from a week fibre food particles are sinking between teeth now feeling like gums are swollen , numbness also

It might be food impaction...In that area of gums which are in between two teeth.please contact dentist to find out the real cause.( Caries ,pocket,plunger cusp, pathologic tooth migration etc) before it gets worse.
