I have swelling on the wrist for 2 years after lifting up a heavy thing.i showed a lot of doctors but i got no relif till now.they sugest me for blood test and hand exercise but the result is zero.then what should i do my age is 45 and i am a female.
Daily apply moist hot water or ice massage.
Daily apply sesame oil around full wrist joint.
Don't lift weights.
Do Normal rotation clockwise and anti clockwise movements.
