Swelling of the lips can be sign of an allergic or inflammatory or infection. Can be acute or chronic. The mouth wash have various combinations. Diluted hydrogen peroxide are safe for Mouth rinse but not used always on a regular basis.Sometimes there are allergic reaction to certain mouthwash or drugs.
