Hi, My sister is facing pain near foot. While she was doing aerobics she hurt her self. Could you please suggest me in this. Please find the attached Thanks Anand

Looks like a ligament sprain. Apply ice packs locally. Get xray done to rule out fracture. Take tab ultracet tor relieve pain.
