Hi my friend has little swelling on upper left breast similar to costochondritis but she does not have pain and below neck she is getting red sometimes from last 1 year. Are they worried symptoms can anyone help me out what neededto be done??

I have not seen many cases of costochondritis , so I can't recollect what type of swelling your friend has. Please ask her to seek a proper consultation.
