Hello, If you had rubbed your eyes vigorously, then this can happen. Looks more like chemosis..( conjunctival swelling due to irritation) .
Next Steps
wash your eyes with cold water, or keep ice packs. start using refresh tears eyedrop,four times, and olopat OD eye drop once daily for both eyes.
Health Tips
Mostly within 1 to 2 days it will subside. Avoid rubbing eyes further.
