Swelling of gums below teeth with fever

Check whether you have any cavity related to that teeth....if yes defenitely it should be treated in dental chair only.... It should be filled after swelling subcided .... If there is no cavity, it may be due to gum infection ... It can be treated by cleaning gums after medicines ....

There is definitely an infection which can temporarily be relieved with medicine. But before prescribing any meds we needs to confirm the type of infection and also any known drug allergies. Also check for the lymph nodes swelling. Do you have any cavity on that tooth or food lodgement??

If it has swelling.. The infection has reached to roots and antibiotics will be needed along with pain killers.. Definitive treatment will be RCT if the tooth is savable.. But we cananage it with medicines by the time pandemic becomes less aggressive..
