Hi doctors, I needed some help with understanding if my condition is serious. The part near my collar bones on my shoulder just next to the neck has become little swollen and soft to touch and is very sore. It only hurts if I touch it or when there is  movement. I didn't injure it through an accident or anything. I just got up one morning and it's been like that. Please let me know if this needs serious medical attention.
