Hi Doc, I was having itching near my anus and have seen some inflammation (pic attached), please advise what is this and what needs to be done? I was having severe burping for the last 3 weeks and hence have been on medication with gaviscon and recool Please revert asap

Consult Now
Looks like grade -1 piles with surrounding inflammation may b a fissure. Get evaluated by a surgeon for further management. Pictures can be deceptive
