I got a knee injury, im guessing a ligament pull, last year October. AT that time a painless swelling occured and subsided on it own. Post that, gradually, Ive experienced muscle pain around my knee, tightness in knee, calf and ankles. Recently for a month now, there is a painless swelling around my ankles both right and left. Cant comfortably cros my legs, walk a lot or climb up the stairs feeling normal. Help! Cannot afford expensive treatments!
