Swelling/lump inside labia major

From 2-3 days there is a swelling and lump inside left labia major upper side. There is pain also. I feel the size has increased very fast.

Take Tablet Ceftum 500 mg twice a day for 5 days Tablet Emanzen D twice a day for 5 days Icthymol paint for local application
