My brother got hurt in hand while playing badminton. He went to play badminton in the afternoon.And when he returned swelling was not much. But in the night around 9:30 the swelling was too much, he was having pain and all of a sudden he fainted due to dizziness . Please tell me if it's normal or something to worry. Yesterday doctor gave him pain killer and now he is fine and the swelling is almost gone
