Swelling in gums

I have swelling in corner of my gums at left side... There is no decay in my teeth.swelling is at behind the last wisdom teeth.

Hello mam, A wisdom tooth is a tooth that does not erupt in a given space and time. It may cause dental caries in neighbouring teeth, Crowding by pushing the neighbouring teeth, soarness of jaw, pericoronitis inflammation of gums around the impacted tooth. The condition you are having is pericoronitis . Treatment of wisdom tooth is surgical removal of the tooth And if all is normal then operculectomy can be done that is surgical removal of the gums on the wisdom tooth.
