Swelling in Foot

From last night, there is a swelling in the area around the left ankle & it seems to be spreading slowly in the foot. I have a history of gout, however this is the first time, i am getting in this . Earlier it was limited to the toe. I having being taking Zyloric 100 Mg. Recently I have also been diagnosed for Kidney stones & fatty liver grade 2, also recovering from UTI. What could be the reason for this?

Assuming there is no history of trauma. Please get investigations done - CBC, ESR, CRP, RA factor, S. urin acid, RFT, Anti-Ccp done, X-ray of the ankle-AP/ Lateral You can contact me further on Practo for Video consultation as well.
