Swelling in ankles

My mother age 47 has swollen ankles with red veins visible and under knee for 3 months.We did ECG(normal),KFT(normal),CBC(HB-11.6,RB density,ESR-very little high,WB count -little high)Liver(GGT-0.4 higher).Now little swelling around eyes.I doubt it is lymphodema.Can you please give any suggestions?

She has anemia as per your reports. Further work up of anemia is required. Also her protein intake needs to be known
