Swelling face at 28th wk

My wife has done the cervical stitch at 13 wk from 13thwk to 28th wk she is completely in bed rest. Today 28 th wk has started,today we notice a little swelling in the face. But no swelling in legs,feet, hands. Is this normal. Or should we worry about this . Thanks Kaushik Ghosh

Check for blood pressure. If everything is normal then it okay. But you should also consult your Gynaecologist
