There is a swelling and pain. I have attached the picture of the swelling. I have been experiencing it for a long time. It comes and goes. It is hard and very painful. Kindly guide.

Since ur experiencing it for long time..u need to consult ent specialist for ear  and post auricular examination for the diagnosis. U can use antibiotics but that is temporary..better go for ent opinion..
