My right hand whole arm n finger get swell,tight and pain deep in like in bone in blood.. not able to explain pain. However pain is not in outer surface or call feel by touch. It's just all over on hand blood seems. It get beeter sometimes by itself and come again

Due to compression of nerve this causes pain in hand and tingling sensation in fingers causing numbness, if its that take an xray of cs and consult back or consult in person with neuro physician or physiotherapist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

the pain maybe caused due to a never compression most probably. if there is tingling sensation to then most definitely it is a nerve issue and if not id rather suggest you to talk to a physio conveying more issues that you face regarding this for a proper and neat diagnosis
