By your description what i could make out that you might be suffering from Spinal Spondylosis and it will get worse with time. Best way to deal with this is to practice some perticular back exercises which can be learned easily via youtube or some physiotherapist. Initial medications are helpful to reduce the pain. If the extent of spondylosis is greater then you might even have to go for traction once or twice daily depending upon the severity.
