I suspect the attached photo represents genital wart. 1. How it can be removed- Medicine or surgery? 2. How to it prevent from leading to penile cancer? 3. Can I take vaccination now after being infected?

Visit to nearby  dermatologist...Send pap smear, hpv DNA test.. Ask for vaccines..  Ask for cautary.visit both husband & wife for through investigations, treatment.
