As per MRI done 2 months before, I am suffering from "near full thickness tear of supraspinatus tendon tear" left shoulder. Presently on medication and physiotherapy. But no satisfactory relief.  Stiffness and pain in shoulder. Shoulder is frozen, is it due to tendon tear.? I am 43yrs male.

If conservative treatment means physiotherapy is not giving you good result then you should go for Arthroscopic surgery after proper shoulder examination . Frozen shoulder is not due to tear

Frozen shoulder is an entirely different diagnosis. Are u diabetic? Its usually a self limiting condition which improves with time with appropriate treatment.
Next Steps
Continue the current treatment. Get full or functional range of motion and go for rotator cuff and scapular muscle strengthening exercises
