Supraclavicular lymph node swelling

Hello Doc, I took covishield 1st dose vaccine shot yesterday on 14th June 2021. My left hand where I got jab started paining today. Now when I touch near my neck small node has formed when I touch,it pains. I have very mild feverish feeling nothing else. Is this worrisome? How many days it takes to go? Thanks in advance

Please get a CBC done. Take Calpol 500 mg 1 BD for three days. The lymphnode enlargement is in response your body fighting the weaker virus injected via vaccine. Let's see the blood works and look forward into the matter. Regards, Dr Reza
