Hello Doc, I took covishield 1st dose vaccine shot yesterday on 14th June 2021. My left hand where I got jab started paining today. Now when I touch near my neck small node has formed when I touch,it pains. I have very mild feverish feeling nothing else. Is this worrisome? How many days it takes to go? Thanks in advance
