Hey After workout, it is advisable to take protein rich foods like : homemadepeanut butter shake/ yogurt .you can also take sugar free protein bar. And yes multivitamins and omega 3 help in nutrient replenishment which is required for muscle recovery from soreness. You can take fish oil capsules or can also include flax seeds in your diet. You can sprinkle it on your smoothies or soups. Probiotics are very helpful as they are rich in protein,  plus they help in maintaining gut health. So you can include them in your diet as post workout snack.

Hi When ur on weight training you need a proper nutrition with supplements but it should under a proper guidance . Multivitamin , protein supplement, omega 3 are need for heavrt workout but that should be off good brand which will be well absorbed by the body.
