My child is 2 years and 3 months old boy . We give him ghee rice and dal khichdi, curd Please suggest which powder to be added in milk . He has cow milk .

It's better to add turmeric a natural antibiotic...powders available in market are not recommended to give as mostly all have high sugar...

Hi You didn’t mention weight of the child If child is drinking milk plain continue the same If not use powder depending on child’s taste .. All brands are almost same
