My name is aviraj . Age - 35, male Problem facing 1 . Hypothyradism 2. High bp 3. High cholestrol 4.depression 5. Low testesterone level 6. Constipation 7 higt sgot and sgpt level Medicine i taking 1.thyronorm 50 2. Olmet 20 3. Nexito 5 Please suggest best diet plan as per my profile
