Suggest all hormone tests

2025-11-27 13:25:34
I had COVID in 2020. The only symptom I had then was a very severe headache. But after that, my body started changing fast. I feel like I am aging quickly, I have brain fog, often infection, muscle loss, skin becoming dark, deep facial wrinkles every morning, and loss of erection. Can any doctor please suggest all the important hormone tests? I want to start with complete hormone testing first, and later, if any hormone is low, I will do further tests based on the reports.

Kindly do proper consultation as it’s might not be hormone related but maybe vitamin or mineral deficinecy

Hello, Your symptoms rapid aging feeling, brain fog, muscle loss, low energy, darkening of skin, recurrent infections, and erection difficulty strongly suggest that your body is under multi-system stress, and it may not be simply “hormones going down.” Post-viral syndromes (including long COVID), chronic stress, nutritional deficiencies, sleep disturbance, and underlying metabolic issues can all produce the symptoms you’re describing. Before doing an expensive “full-body hormone panel,” the smarter approach is a targeted evaluation that actually reveals the systems most likely involved. These are the clinically meaningful tests to start with: Hormonal evaluation Total testosterone Free testosterone LHFSHProlactin DHEA-S Cortisol (morning sample) Thyroid panel (TSH, Free T3, Free T4) Metabolic & nutritional assessment HbA1c CBC Vitamin DVitamin B12CRP (inflammation marker) Liver & kidney function tests Why this matters: Your symptoms are not created by “one hormone going low.” They’re produced by interlinked pathways, and only a structured interpretation will help otherwise you’ll waste money on random tests and still not know what’s wrong. Once your reports are available, the next steps can be mapped precisely whether you need hormonal correction, nutritional optimization, or metabolic/stress pathway management.
