Regular walks, splitting meals, not to take heavy meals & light dinner are to be observed as far as diet is concerned. Brisk walking for about 25-30 min will also do good. At this age it will be difficult suddenly so do gradually, to begin with 15 min of normal walk & gradually increasing speed of walk & duration. If still not controlled, you may have to show it to a Internal Medicine Physician and start Anti-Diabetic
