Been detected with gestational diabetes. I just checked sugar level post meal exact 2 hours it was 134 and after 4 mins I checked it was 113. Which one to consider? I'm confused

140 is the cutoff for 2hr glucose level and 134 is acceptable. If you got 113 after 4minutes, it could b a faulty reading.. But either way both levels are acceptable.

Repeat this glucose challenge test at 28weeks Eat healthy balanced diet n light exercise plus routine antenatal checkups

Please get your Glucose Challenge Test done, if not already done. Glucose levels of 134 and 113 should not need treatment.  With this kind of levels diet control is good enough.
