Hlo,, why can a person be prediabetic when the lifestyle is very good? I eat healthy, go for yoga. And very moderately overweight (5kg above required) Job is stressful, but not that much ... got my sugar test done, and I am shocked to see my numbers on the borderline.. can you please tell me if there is any particular medical condition or problem that can cause elevated sugar levels despite following healthy lifestyle?

Genetic/stress/lack  of sleep are some causes.also inspite if your lifestyle weight is more which can cause  insulin resistance and hence raised sugar levels
