2022-08-31 11:26:18
Hi, I am suffering with dengue from past 5 days. my platelets has fallen from 2.2 lak to 1.5 l and now at 1.6 lakh. I got my LFT test as well today and these are the results: bilurbin : 0.2 ALT/SGPT 40 AST/SGOT 56 I see AsT is elevated then the reference range. Is it something to worry about and need medication or will be cured self. Please advise .

You should keep a track of your platelet count. Get it done again after one week. Everything else is acceptable.
