Suffering of allergetic cough

My son last 1yr to continue suffering of cough and cold problem ... In night time when his start cough it's became nonstopable 3to 4hrs ... We became helpless I consult many doctor but not getting any result when I given syrup it's ok but stopping then again start... I consult today doctor and suggest me levolin inhaler5mcg.. and also budecart neohaler 100mcg... And also given syrup ... Budecart neohaler I saw in website it's steroid it's do any side effects?? Plz suggest what I do ... I also attach my prescription

The prescription is appropriate , continue budecort inhaler . Inhalers have less side effects than cough syrups

Hii Budecort is a steroid correct, but we use it as a preventor for asthma/ allergic bronchitis Age of the child is required to, On the surface looking like cough variant asthma

Long term can cause side effects but if child have allergic give treatment according ur doctor’s prescription treatment is correct

Yes it is a steroid but it is given in very less dosage and when you take via inhaler it directly goes to lungs causing no side effects as it is not circulated in blood . So inhaled corticosteroids are safe to take even in long run
