Suffering from stenosis(lower back pain

Hi when i sit and stang shooting type pain appear and go to my legs. i have done with MRI.. then report show left paracentral annular tear in l4-l5 and paracentral protrusion is seen l5-s1. i am takinh medication and physotherapy seasion.. can some one guide me its curable or not ya rest of life its paining.. please help its very painful.. how much time it will take to recover

Dont worry you can lead rest of life normally ,well the understandable thing is take proper physio session 3 to 4 months will make you better and take part in normal activities. Regards
