Suffering from sevier mouth ulser

Hi doctor , i m 24, I m facing sevier mouth ulser which threatening a lot every month. I had tried out with B complex tablets ...Drinking much water...Having Greenery food,....Coconut water to cool body heat...But no use at all ... it will give rest for some day and will start again, I m facing this problem since a decade. I want to get rid of this problem. During this time even i cant able to talk/ eat without dentogel or glycerine. Can i get solution ???????

I think you are suffering from aphthous ulcer, apply amlexanox cream 5% on your ulcer. Take tab tryptomer 10 mg once daily before bedtime for 1 month.

recurrent mouth ulcers could be related to multiple probs like stress ,vitamin deficiency . If ulcers r troubling too much better to have a consultation done by the gastroenterologist as well

It  may be due to other reasons like stress, some medicine  induce, immune disorder, blood related problem. Infection (Bacterial, viral, fungal) .allergies.
Next Steps
