Hi iam suffering from piles last few months. Everytime full pain I can't sit properly. Please tell me the medicines

Do you have any bleeding ?? Do you have any swelling near the anal region which is painful?? If not ur suffering with probably fissure in ano You can use oint anobliss for local application Laxative like duphalac Sitz bath with Luke warm water frequently eases ur pain
