Based on the blood reports you shared, most parameters including CBC, ESR,
liver enzymes, and sugars are within normal limits, which makes active infection or inflammatory arthritis less likely. Mild eosinophilia can be seen with allergy, minor inflammation, or muscle irritation and usually does not explain widespread pain by itself. Pain and stiffness from the neck to hip, including ribs, are commonly due to muscle spasm, postural strain, prolonged sitting, stress, or myofascial pain, especially if you have a desk-based lifestyle. Such conditions often cause stiffness that fluctuates despite normal blood tests. If symptoms persist, clinical examination and targeted spine or rib evaluation may be needed to rule out mechanical or early inflammatory causes.
