Suffering from mental stress

I am undergoing through mental stress, unable to focus on my studies my career, I don't talk to my family stay in my room whole time, lack of motivation, don't like to be social, don't have any zeal to work hard or for communication, frustration is overpowering me, get irritated a lot, I am also very stubborn and not like to listen to anyone. Please Help.
