Suffering from hashimoto's hypothyroid

I was diagnosed with hashimotos hothyroid with TSH at 8.7 and anti tpo 425.5 on may 1. I started with medications of 50 mg thyronorm. on july 22 my tsh was 2.43 T3- 0.72 and T4 - 8.27. I am having a lot of hair fall and lot of anger management issues. Is it possible that due to medications I can suffer from hyperthyroid ?

This is autoimmune thyroiditis and not due to drugs. Common causes for hair fall are anemia, dandruff and PCOS. Do you have other symptoms like excessive facial hairs or mestrual irregularities?
