Having Gerd since 2022.taking rabium Plus empty stomach Acogut100 before food twice and instaraft after food twice. Having chest pain with burping. Done all heart test report are normal. Done ecg echo which is normal Bp is 120/80 Total cholesterol 110 Triglycerides 98 Lipoprotein 18.35mg Ldl 80 Hdl 45 Fasting sugar 92. Pp 110 Hb1ac 5.5 Hemoglobin 12.5 Surviving with single kidney since 2009 Creatinine 1.02 Urea 17 Attaching ultrasound reports find the attachment. N angiography report
