1. Tab. 1AL total once a day for 5 days preferably at bedtime 2. Tab Paracetamol 650 mg whenever you have fever ( maximum 3-4 tablet a day can he taken safely) 3. Steam inhalation atleast three times a day 4. Warm saline Gargle if you also have sorethroat 5. Warm Honey 2 tsp morning and evening
