I would advise you to apply a hot water bag over the area for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a day and then apply topical analgesic over the area and gently massage the area. Keep yourself well hydrated and aim to drink 3 liters of water per day. If the problem persists or worsens visit the orthopedician at the earliest.
