It's difficult to suggest some generalised tips and tricks for anxiety/ depression as people have unique problems, triggers, history and personality. With Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) we try to replace unhealthy thoughts, change behavior that is no longer helping us and learn skills to regulate our emotions and feelings.
