Sudden pressure feeling

Recently, i.e. last week i have done ecg tmt and echo test, all were normal. Ecg and tmt were also done in oct last year. But since last 2 days i am not feeling comfortable. I have come for holidays in a hilly area. Since thn, i feel breathlessness for a moment, it comes and goes, but it feel very frightening. Some pressure on throat and upper chest is also felt sometimes. Every test was normal. I am very much concerned of cardiac issue and it is making me troubled. Pl guide.

Hello there your Echo report looks fine. Need to see more reports . Your breathlessness could be because of hilly area . U r there at what height? Also any chest xray done?

It seems you are in hilly area, walking uphill is causing discomfort. Please do not overexert. Also do you have any sore throat, cold? It could be accompanied throat infection also. Please connect for further advise
