Sudden pain in stomach changing position

My 15 year reporting sudden pain in stomach which varies it's position and lasts for few minutes. Sometimes it is pointed and at right side and sometimes it is at left side. Please guide

First get an ultrasound abdomen done.

Need to rule out MESENTERIC LYMPHADENITIS. GET AN ultrasound whole abdomen. May need ct scan. Consult a general surgeon with reports. Discuss in detail about your symptoms.
