Sudden loose stool( bistol 6 type)

Hi doctor, I am going through tough phase. I am seeing sudden diarrhea ( not liquid but curd kind) stool bistol 6 Morninh stool ia fine but then get sudden motion in afternoon and it appears loose.. I am not eating anything outside... I am on anxties tablet ..taking deposonil 25mg once a day.. I am really worried.. Why ia thia happening

Please consult a Gastroenterologist in your area for a physical examination. You are also on treatment for Anxiety. Even Anxiety can precipitate diarrhoea.

Take ORS solution 1glass after each episode of loose stools

Avoid coffee,tea and carbonated beverages Regular time meals and don't skip meals Avoid fatty ,spicy and oily foods Drink plenty of water atleast 2L per day
