Sudden severe joint pain in fingers of both hands Since evening, difficult to hold anything by hand, can't even eat without difficulties

Please consult with an Orthopaedic surgeon in your area, preferably the one who has a Physiotherapist. Physiotherapy will cure your condition. Please also get Serum Calcium,  and Vit D3 and B12 level done.
