Sudden development of red boils

Hello doctor, my husband(38yrs) has suddenly developed red boils on legs in the last 2 weeks. It is increasing in leg areas like calf muscle and thighs. It is very itchy too. Attaching pictures for your reference. Please let me know what it could be
