Iam having 4.0×5.2×4.2 cm subserosal fibroid arising from anterior myometrium in proximal body of uterus  with haemorragic transformation. and another 1cm ×1cm1cm in lower body of uterus,  can plan for pregnancy ?or should get a myomemectomy done
