Subserosal Fibroid

I am 14 week Pregnant. At 6 week TVS scan i got to know that I had- There are posterior wall subserosal fibroid measuring 38 x 27 mm, Left lateral subserosal 71 x 60 mm, Right lateral subserosal 20 x 18.9 mm. Before that i had no symptoms of fibroid. My periods were regular with 1st day cramps. I am worried about if it can cause any complications in my pregnancy. What precautions should be taken to avoid complications? Are they very big that my baby and fibroids will clash in later pregnancy?

Your fibroids are safe. They are not likely to create any problems with pregnancy. You should get a repeat sonography done in your 9th month of pregnancy to see how big the fibroids are. That will determine whether you should have a normal delivery or a Caesarean .
