Can a submucosal fibroid of 15x13 mm in the endometrial cavity cause infertility? Have some other uterine fibroids also and not able to conceive from last one year..some times have bleeding extended upto 8days.

Unlikely Bleeding more than 7 days is not normal You need other investigations to find out the reason for your inability to conceive
