I have subchronic hemorhage with anterior low placenta measuring 11*07mm diagonised at 12 weeks scan now i am 14 weeks and having abdominal pain only at left side occasionally is it normal or anything to worry.doctor advised bedrest.Can i walk lightly in the house is it okay

Hello you have low lying placenta and need to avoid heavy activity and weight lifting activities, can do mild activity if there are no symptoms. Consult doctor for physical examination and further management for pain abdomen.

Visit the doctor in case of pain. Continue rest and medication. Drink a lot of fluid if bleeding spotting is present and avoid movements if not you can walk  for necessary daily chores and avoid heavy household work Weight lifting physical activity
